Founder and Owner

Logistics manager

Holly Thompson

Dave is a licensed contractor, and his construction business is a sister company to Holly Thompson Design. Dave and Holly work together to offer a full suite of services to their clients, and Dave’s construction team works almost exclusively on Holly Thompson Design projects.

Dave is also the logistics manager for the sister companies. He oversees the materials ordering, deliveries, and schedules so each project finishes in a timely manner.

Dave’s work with Holly Thompson Design is a far cry from his previous career, where he earned a doctorate in pharmaceuticals and worked for ten years as a pharmacist. His background has informed his construction smarts, however, which accounts for his meticulous approach to renovations.

With three teenage children, Dave and Holly truly appreciate the significance of a well-designed home that meets the needs of every family member. They are currently restoring their mid-century modern home, which was built from the Better Homes and Gardens Reader’s Choice house plan featured in the magazine in 1972.
